One of our long time clients hosted its annual national sales meeting at the Gaylord Rockies in Colorado. We’ve been their go-to event production team on this meeting for quite some time so we were excited to hear they wanted to do something super cool this year. They had a gigantic LED wall in mind for their 1,200 plus person general session and gala night. Always up for a challenge, our team got straight to work. We designed a layout comprised of three walls (so we could have a backstage entrance) that would look like one massive wall to the audience. IT WAS STUNNING!

We had nearly 175 feet of bright, gorgeous LED wall. Needless to say we had a lot of testing ahead of the show. We created animations, videos and custom presentations all designed to fit the screen edge-to-edge and pixel-to-pixel. We also provided all the cool backgrounds for our big name musical guest.The end result was a stunning combination of brightly colored infographics, mesmerizing fast-paced bumpers and one glorious opening video.

There is nothing we love more than putting on a show, this one was one of our favorites!
