To celebrate winning the 2019 J.D. Power Award for Customer Satisfaction in Rental Cars, our long time client Hertz wanted to do something special for the unveiling. The idea was to reveal the achievement on site at one of their airport locations. We had 500 attendees in person and a global audience to broadcast to. The tricky part for us was that the event took place on the first level of a parking garage — concrete everywhere and signal interference from the airport’s own infrastructure. It made for a real challenge for broadcasting.
Working closely with the Hertz IT team we found the right equipment and placement to get the signal we needed. And the webcast went beautifully.
